The Tomb of Ares in God of War III.
The Tomb of Ares was a large chamber within Mount Olympus, that contained the remains of Ares, the fallen God of War.
God of War III[]
As the Titans scaled Mount Olympus, they were attacked by the Hippocampi. In order to aid Gaia, Kratos went through the Tomb of Ares, where the corpse of the fallen God of War was entombed in hard ice. Kratos pulled a lever and climbed to a platform that led him to the exit and to the aid of Gaia. Shortly afterwards, Poseidon met his end outside the tomb of his nephew by the hands of his other nephew, Kratos.
