Up to 5 Frozen Flames can be obtained in God of War (2018):
- Obtain from Brok, upon meeting him for the first time.
- Defeat the first Ogre in the Foothills.
- Defeat Járn Fótr in The Mountain.
- Defeat Magni and Modi at Thamur's Corpse.
- Sell the Chilling Mists of Niflheim to Brok or Sindri obtained on a chest requiring 5000 Mist Echoes.
In God of War Ragnarök[]
Up to 8 Frozen Flames can be obtained in God of War Ragnarök:
- Defeat the Stalker in the Wildwoods
- Defeat Alva in Alfheim
- Defeat Nidhogg in Vanaheim
